One to one mentorship with a working senior engineer, structured around what you are actually trying to reach rather than a fixed syllabus. We start with an honest assessment of where you are, agree the destination, whether that is your first developer job, a move from frontend into full stack, getting comfortable with system design interviews, or becoming the person on your team who can be trusted with production, and then build a plan with real milestones.
